📦 Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Large kit orders or bulk agency orders may require additional preparation time. If there is a delay, we will notify you.

🇺🇸 Domestic Shipping (United States)

We currently ship within the United States.

Standard Shipping
• $8 on orders under $70
• FREE on orders $70 and over

Express Shipping
• $15 flat rate

Delivery times vary based on your location and selected shipping method.

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email.

🏠 Local Delivery

We offer free local delivery within 25 miles of our location.

After placing your order, we will contact you to coordinate delivery details. Local deliveries are typically completed within 2–5 business days.

🏢 Agency & Bulk Orders

We proudly work with agencies and community partners. Bulk orders may qualify for special delivery arrangements. Please contact us directly to coordinate large or recurring orders.

📬 Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, responsibility transfers to the carrier.
