Refund policy
Due to the nature of our products (hygiene items, baby essentials, and curated kits), we do not accept returns on opened or used items for safety and health reasons.
Unopened and unused items may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition and packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item
- Description of the issue
We will review and provide a replacement or refund if approved.
Print-On-Demand Items
Apparel and custom printed items are made to order. We do not accept returns for size selection errors. Please review sizing charts carefully before purchasing.
Damaged or misprinted items will be replaced.
Donation Purchases
All donation-based purchases are final sale and non-refundable.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
